For a couple of hours each year we cure our selves.

When you look about the world today
There are a lot more wars than there are bridges being built

When you look around the roads today
there are more people raging than smiling and waving

What you see in the school hallways today...
more hazings and shoving than hi-fives and fun

The courts are full because we don't feel kind
amicable agreements go awry

You know when the best time to look at the world is...
At a Christmas or wedding party when people are
dancing, touching and their faces are creased with joy.

Why don't we live like that everyday, every today?
